Vacancy descriptions for The Amazings. Wouldn’t you just love to work for this bunch?
CTO: This will almost certainly be a man (a female CTO would be too much to wish for). He’ll like comics, will code for fun, probably wear band t-shirts, and won’t need a job description to know whether they were suitable to be a CTO or not.
Software Engineer: This person will wish he was the CTO but isn’t quite ready to be in charge of other people, because that would make them The Man. They’ll probably have a computer science degree, and are earning lots more than their friends who became teachers. There’s a (minuscule) chance this person might be a woman.
